How do I check out materials from the library?

Bring the items to the circulation desk. You will be asked for your number (lunch number). If you do not know your lunch number, please give us your last name.

How many items can I check out at once?

You may check out up to five items at once. If you are doing research and need more than five, that will be fine.

How long can I keep the items I check out?

You have a three week checkout period for your items. If you need to keep them longer, please renew them. If the item is on hold for another student, you will only be able to renew the item once.

How do I renew items?

You can renew items two ways: 1-Stop by the library and ask Mrs. Smith to renew them for you. You do not have to bring the books with you. 2-Use the 'Contact Us' form on the 'About Us' page to email your request to Mrs. Smith.

Are there fines for items that are turned in past the due date?

No! We do not charge fines. However, you still need to try your best to turn the items in on time or renew them. Other students are not able to use the materials if they are sitting at your house collecting dust.

Where do I return items?

Please return items by placing them in the 'Book Return' opening in the front of the circulation desk. Do not hand them to Mrs. Smith.

How do I reserve a book?

You can reserve a book two ways: 1-Stop by the library and ask Mrs. Smith to put the book on hold for you. 2-Use the 'Contact Us' form on the 'About Us' page to email your request to Mrs. Smith.
